REFUND POLICY

After completing the purchase and making the payment, it will not be possible to: cancel the order, make changes or returns.

If the shipping information that you entered for the delivery of the order are correct, and Estafeta Mexicana S.A de C.V. or FEDEX (for international shippings) confirm that your package was lost during the transfer, MONZÁC takes responsability to replace the products that were lost to the client.

In case of entering incorrect information for the delivery of the order and Estafeta Mexicana S.A de C.V. or FEDEX (for international shipments) confirms that your package was lost during the transfer, the customer must assume full responsibility for the incident and MONZÁC will not refund the money.

In case of entering incorrect information for the delivery of the order, and Estafeta Mexicana S.A de C.V. or FEDEX (for international shippings) return the package to MONZÁC’s headquarters, the customer must assume the additional shipping costs derived from the incident, if not, the order will be canceled without responsibility for MONZÁC or refund of the money. 

All our products have a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If this is the case, it is necessary to contact us through our email hellomonzac@gmail.com and we will replace the defective product with an equal or equivalent one, as long as the customer agrees to pay the shipping costs of the damaged product back to MONZÁC’s headquarters.

SHIPPING POLICY

We have FREE shipping within the Mexican Republic:

  1. Local shipping (metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey) (delivery time of 1 to 2 business days).
  2. Shipping (delivery time of 1 to 2 business days).


At MONZÁC we make all shippings to Mexico through the company Estafeta Mexicana S.A de C.V.

The delivery of products is only made by ground shipping.

In case of requesting delivery in Extended Zones (areas with little delivery movement or far from urban points), the delivery commitment days may not be respected.

For Express shippings, Estafeta Mexicana S.A de C.V. will give priority of delivery without guaranteeing the aforementioned days. MONZÁC does not assume responsibility in case of delays in delivery.

We have two types of international shipments (international shipping cost varies depending on zone):

  1. Standard shipping (delivery time of 5 to 7 business days).
  2. Express shipping (delivery time of 1 to 2 business days).

The price of these also vary depending on the weight of your order. In MONZÁC we carry out all international ones through the FEDEX company.
